How long does shipping take?
We usually dispatch orders within 24–48 hours, and delivery takes 3–7 working days depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499. Standard shipping charges apply for orders below that.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Don’t worry. If your product arrives damaged or leaked, just email us at support@vitamoir.com within 48 hours of delivery with pictures, and we’ll arrange a quick replacement.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Due to the nature of skincare products, we don’t accept returns once opened. However, if your order is wrong, defective, or damaged, we’ll replace it hassle-free.
Are your products safe for all skin types?
Yes. Our formulas are dermatologically tested, fragrance-free, and non-comedogenic, making them suitable for most skin types. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend doing a patch test before use.
Do I need to use moisturizer with your sunscreen?
Not at all! Our Daily Defence Sunscreen is a 2-in-1 sunscreen + moisturizer, giving long-lasting hydration while protecting from sun damage.
How often should I use the PowerGlow Vitamin C+ Serum?
Use 2–3 drops once daily (preferably at night) after cleansing. Follow with sunscreen in the morning.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be coming soon.
